admin password requires each time i install an app?

I am on Lion....everytime I install an app it asks for my password and it is annoying....can i turn this security feature off?

No, you don't want to turn it off. It's a security feature and is the same for all versions of Mac OS X. Anytime you install an app that requires elevated privileges, it will ask for your password. That protects you from malicious software being able to install itself with elevated privileges.
