Admin user removed after upgrade

After the upgrade to Yosemite, my user account for the admin is gone. This is on a mid 2011 Mac Pro that now somehow has reset back to the original owners name and there is no trace of my account. Only guest and what I assume was the original owners first password (which I don't have and am trying to get)

Any ideas of how I can log in? My account was admin, so I'm not sure it would have been dropped?
