I just saw this and I have extremely mixed feelings. My first instinct was "WHOA. WAY COOL."

My second instinct was "here's another crutch for poor photographers to flood the world with more crap images."

I agree. The day when photography becomes computer programming with optics will be a sad one.

But it will also allow artists create their visions. Fair enough, we don't have to call it "Photography" by name, but still very much art. 🙂
