Adobe Acrobat Pro X and Reader DC Crashing

    Hello,

    I have a very strange problem. Since a short notice my Adobe Acrobat Pro X hangs on startup. I always see my document but after a short notice its stuck.

    I thought OK then I download Acrobat Reader and even with this program I have the same problem. Then I deleted all my Adobe software (cs 5.5) Deleted all the files in preferences and cache. After reinstalling I still have the same problem.

    I hope someone can help me here. I don't have any problems with other Adobe programs.

    Does the notice say anything? Another quick thought, do you have any others PDF apps installed besides Acrobat? If so, they could be causing conflicts with Acrobat.

    No I don't get any notice. And I have to close the app with command-alt-esc. There is says not reacting. And I also don't have any PDF apps installed.
