Adobe bridge icon has turned into 'png'

My adobe bridge icon has randomly changed into 'png' instead of the usual BR icon, it appeared one day when i booted up. I can't seem to get it to change back, I tried the 'copy and paste' method of changing icon but what i'm triyng to copy has also change into a png icon. Sorry if i'm not explaining myself very well, please see screenshot !

Bring up the info window, click the icon at the top left then hit backspace.

were you trying to change the stock png file to something custom? That is the only way that i could see it changing..
