What is the best way to learn how to use different CS3 programs?

Books, Videos, Online Tutorials... etc.

In person training from an adobe Authorized Training center is probably the best, but the most expensive. Here is a link to finding a center near you.

Otherwise, the adobe classroom in a books series are decent.
