While I could ask if I can run this on a MacBook, I've already been using CS2 on one at work...but thats not the question:

Does anyone know what Adobe CS# uses the most? Its the processor from what I can remember, but I'm not sure. Meaning, sure, a graphics card is nice and all, but the main number cruncher and process are ran through the Processor correct?

Correct to a degree. Ps still needs some VRam for really big files.

There are a few functions that benefit from a decent GPU, but it's not really a major difference. Processor and RAM are the most important. Certainly you'll find CS3 will run better than CS2 on your machine as CS2 is PPC only and is therefore running via the Rosetta emulation layer.
