Adobe CS4 Master SetUp Problem

Righto, I'm trying to install the Master Collection trial that I downloaded from Adobe's website, the 6.3Gb English and Swedish version. I have uninstalled the previous CS3 suite I had, and used CS3Clean script twice, but whenever I try to install CS4, I get this

Why?
I can't do anything with that window, all I get if I press any button is the error sound

Can anybody help, or at least direct me towards any help? I need CS4 for my uni work!

S'probably a silly question, but have you restarted and closed all your other apps? Might be worth contacting Adobe support if the problem persists.

Had absolutely nothing else running, apart from the set up

However I have just got the Web Design package, and it works, so I should be ok now.
