Adobe CS5 causing random reboots

When I'm running CS5, mostly with Photoshop, my iMac keeps rebooting randomly. I've also had this happen with After Effects. It hasn't happened with Illustrator yet.

I have CS3 and everything seems to work fine with that.

I have the 27" iMac i7 with 8gb of RAM.

What could be causing this and how can I fix it? I did a PRAM reset and Repaired Disk Permissions.
