Adobe Flash doesn't show half of page elements

I have been having issues with Adobe Flash running on my Mac (Snow Leopard 10.6.4, Flash 10.1). I used to have FlashBlock but I got rid of it since Flash wasn't working at all. I am trying to use a couple of sites, specifically Google Analytics & StubHub, which are very flash-heavy. But half of the items on the page don't show up! I don't know how to explain it otherwise. I've attached a couple of screen shots to demonstrate what is going on. Has anyone had any similar issues? I have tried it in both Firefox & Safari, reinstalling flash, etc. etc. and it never works.
