Can anyone advise me on Adobe flash player I tried to download this but Adobe locks into you ads and before the complete download get s you to sign ups so I did’t complete the download is there a alternative to adobe ?

Flash is going bye bye in 2020. So almost all sites are switching to HTML5. If a site still uses Flash, it's time for them to come into the 21st century.

.. or that site needs to be blacklisted, which is what I've been doing for several years.

It sounds like you downloaded a scam installer that wasn't really from Adobe and isn't really flash player. I second the idea of just using Chrome when you need flash and avoid installing it in other browsers.
