Pretty sure I've seen it before, but went to see what Adobe iPad apps there are and apparently Ideas isn't available in the UK store. Is that right??

No, it's been removed from the App Store, period, including the US. I had an update listed for it last night, but I couldn't download it because it said the app wasn't available.
