I'm looking for an alternative to Illustrator. I've been trying Inkscape a bit, but I can't stand the X11-interface. Any native OS X programs out there, or am I out of luck?

For image editing I've found a couple. Currently trying out ChocoFlop, which is free at the moment. (He says it's an alpha, but it seems stable to me.) It's not as powerful as Seashore, but it's more tidy and it uses Core Image. But for Vector Graphics I'm pretty much out of luck..

How complex do you need it? There's OmniGraffle, which is very easy to use.

I'm really a novice, so I guess it won't have to be extremely complex - I won't know how to use half the features anyways. I had a look at OmniGraffle, but it seemed like more of a diagram-app. (And at $80 for the "standard" version, I think I'm better off with X11.) But thanks for suggesting. 🙂
