I'm not sure I get what this is saying.
I thought 32-bit can do 2 GB user and 2 GB kernel.
It says that it can do 1.7 in a 32-bit OS, and 3.2 in a 64-bit OS.
64 on 64 using a lot more makes sense, but what's with those weird numbers for 32 on 32 and 32 on 64?
