Adobe Photoshop not working properly after Sequoia 15 install

The top menu isn't working after opening a raw filter in Photoshop, making an edit and returning to Photoshop.

Steps to reproduce
Open an image in Photoshop, make edits as usual

Select Filter > Camera Raw Filter

Make any edit, i.e., adding contrast,
Click OK to go back to the image
Click on any item in the top menu and nothing works.
The tools on the left side of the screen work fine.

I have to force Photoshop to close quit and reopen for menu items to be clickable again. Photoshop is up to date. I've deleted the app a couple of time using CCleaner and reinstalled the program. No joy.

I followed your steps.
Here the menu works (Mac mini intel – Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB).

I had someone contact me on another forum who was experiencing the same issue. She downloaded Photoshop v. 25.11.0 and that solved the problem. Does anyone know how I can find that version? I've been all over Adobe's site but have had no luck.

I finally found that and loaded 25.11.0. All is well, again, with Photoshop.
