Hi gang!
Hope everyone is well

Ive tried to install Adobe Premier Pro CC on my new iMac (2013 i5 8GB Ram), and it will install fine.
When i open it, i get the purple splash screen, then the bouncing icon on the task bar, then the app crashes.
Adobe cant seam to resolve it over live help etc, but in main admin (safe mode type thing/root) it opens fine.

any suggestions on how i can open it in my normal account

Dave

Hi Dave,
I see you're crashing at the splash screen with your user account. There are a few things I can suggest.

Thanks,
Kevin

Hi Kevin,
Firstly thank you so much for replying.
About 5 mins before you posted i Spoke to one of your agents on live help, who remotely fixed every thing for me and got it to work.

I am very grateful for his help, as well as for you replying here.
It looks like it is quiet a common issue, so hopefully the post you have made can help someone else.

Once again, thank you for the great support!

Nice to hear, Dave. Glad to help. Did you happen to find out what was wrong with your system?

Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks for the report, Dave. I figured it might be OS X 10.9 corrupting your Adobe user preferences. Sorry for that. We are making improvements in this area so thanks again for your feedback.

No worries Kevin,
