Adobe has updated the photo apps to be able to run in native mode on Apple Silicon hardware.

C1P was recently updated for Apple Silicon support.

So now that begs the question of when we will see native Apple Silicon support from plugins like Nik Collection, Topaz apps,....etc.

DXO's NIK Collection just updated to version 4, but I don't know if it is also compatible with M1 machines or not. Topaz has recently been sending out a lot of updates to their various programs, too, but again I don't know if they will now work with the M1 computers.

If have any of them installed, go to Finder and look at Applications. Do a "Get Info" about any of the apps. In the resulting box of info you can see if the app is Universal or not.

Since I still do most of my image processing on my 2018 Intel-based MBP not a big deal right now -- I've only used the M1 MBP to do a couple of quick edit jobs on something, nothing critical.
