ads blocking soft buttons

Anyone have this happen to them?

e.g.: the bottom ad will oftentimes block the Post button and the ones next to it. When you edit a post it will block the submit button and such.

I tried hitting the Tab button hoping that it would highlight the Submit button, hit Enter and it works.

So the ad is definitely floating. But it is not the ones that can be closed (no little X in the corner)

Noticed on IE8 and Safari on both Windows and Mac machines.
