Ads location-targeted?

Are ads location targeted? Because either MR seems to think I live in Mexico, or we've switched national languages and I wasn't informed...😛

Google AdWords can be location specific depending on Google's understanding of where the browser's IP address is located. Each advertiser can select the region they want their ads to be triggered in.

Do you live in California? Or anywhere with a large spanish population?

AFAIK Verizon doesn't operate outside the US.
