I'm asking this question here because JBers tend to go through the restore process more than others, so hopefully someone has a solution here (can't find anything on a search).
Days ago, I JB, then wanted to wait until MS is updated, so I restored from my backup to remove JB. Yesterday, I noticed that in my Settings/Wallpaper menu, I have a blank menu for the stock iOS Stills. This has happened to me before, and there are threads concerning JB solutions to this, however, what I basically want to do is restore a fresh copy of iOS 7 to fix the problem. The one thing preventing me is that if I restore fresh, I have to re-download all my apps then organize them into the same folders (I don't mind setting up everything else manually, but the busywork of rechecking all the apps I want installed then dragging then into folders again just bugs me, seems like apple should have a fix for this by now).
Towit, my question is: is it possible to restore a fresh stock iOS 7.0.4 onto my phone, and then reload my previous apps and app layout/folders WITHOUT also loading on the previous data? Is it possible to do a clean restore and then do some sort of "half-backup" to only get my apps back on, without their accompanying data?
