Before you get pointed to another thread and/or google, I would say the biggest disadvantage would be YOU CAN'T JAILBREAK AN iPhone 4!!!!

There are already jailbroken iPhone 4s in the wild.

There just isn't a app yet to do so.

What are u talking about? Where do you see any i4 jb in the wild?
There's maybe 6-7 in the world if that and those are by the dev team members. You know any of them in real life or just talking nonsense.

The only disadvantage right now is..

(there are issues with important apps like Facetime that need to be figured out...no sense releasing a half-broken JB) via musclenerd

But that's why it not released, they are working the bugs out and they already knew FT was going to be a problem.
