How much could i sell a Late 2009 Unibody Macbook for? The 13" 2.26GHz with 2GB of RAM and 250GB version for?

$750 seems good. You are competing against the brand new macbook being sold at microcenter for $799 that has a warranty, is new, and has a better cpu and gpu.
