I would like to make this as concise as possible so that you don't have to read a whole lot of stuff.
    Model: Macbook Pro 13" 2009
2.26 GHz. 2GB of DDR3 RAM. 500GB Hard Drive (upgraded.)
My friend wants to buy this for $800, which seems to be a good deal for me. It's in a perfect condition, since I've been using it as a laptop.

Now, one thing that concerns me was that when I went to Apple Store to get the hinge replace, they simply put in the serial number of my Macbook Pro, and found out all the personal data such as Name, Address, Phone number, etc of me.
I highly doubt that my friend will purposely go to Apple Store to figure out the Name and Address, but should I ask the Apple store to replace the info with my friend's, or should I just sell it to him (after wiping out the HDD) ?

Apple keep records of first purchasers. If you're selling to your friend anyhow, he already knows who you are...

Just do a format and install of OS X and get on with your life.. :)
