Advice on 3M Privacy Shield

I did a pretty thorough search, but couldn't find anything on this topic. So, I apologize if this has already been asked.

Has anyone used a 3M privacy shield? If so, do you like it? Does it protect well, and how long has it lasted? Also, I'm aware that there are some other privacy films out there. Anyone have recommendations?
