I am about to buy new iMac 2020. Main uses Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom Editing and 4K Video Editing ( with limited effects) - Premiere Pro and maybe FCP. So which graphics care would you recommend now the 'glitch' seems to have been resolved? Radeon Pro 5700 with 8GB or Radeon Pro 5700XT with 16 gb.
I dont know how much GPU Premiere Pro uses. I am going to buy 64gb Crucial RAM
Would appreciate your advice please.

For video... 5700XT w/16GBs is a no-brainer. It's only adding $200 more to your cost. You're spending more than that on your RAM upgrade.

For Photoshop and Lightroom, any of the GPUs will be fine: they barely tickle the GPU.

For video editing, definitely the 5700XT. Not that the others are bad, but the 5700XT is so much faster for a relatively small price increment. I would recommend the i7 with the 5700XT rather than the i9 with the 5700 (or 5500XT), if cost is a concern. The top GPU improves video performance much more than the top CPU

Just a thought: If you’re really just doing 4K with limited effects, your choices above may be overkill. A base model machine, or the second tier for the larger SSD could handle everything you’re throwing at it. Then you’ll have more money for gimbals and lighting and the apple silicon iMac in a couple of years. Just a thought! The 2017 iMac I’m using is doing quite well with 4K and minor editing.
