If money is an issue and you're not in a rush, your best choice is to wait 3-6 months and buy the refurb when it comes out. The savings should be enough to ensure the quad core processor with either a 2TB Fusion or a pure SSD.
If you can't get the 2TB Fusion drive, but can get a 256GB and have an external 1GB HDD, go with the SSD.
