I am hoping someone has gone through the same issue as myself.

I have been using family share for years now without issue. We have a few Apple TV's in the house now and we have always logged in with my account to access all our purchases. However, my children are getting older and making purchases that I would like to consolidate, but it also leads to a bigger problem. I think it is no longer appropriate for them to have access to my password since I use it for mail, our account credit card, etc.

What is the best way to set up our family share at this point? Do I create a dummy iCloud account and use that to sign into Apple TV? Do I make the dummy the organizer? If I do that can I consolidate all movie purchases under that id so they will show up on Apple TV.

I do understand with family share we can go into each account and find purchased movies, but I would like for them to just simply show up together under purchased on Apple TV regardless of account. Maybe it is not possible, but if others have gone through this please share how you have handled.

Thank you in advance for the advise.
