I've got a PC 2600xt that I want to try in my 1st generation mac pro (I've heard it's better than the 7300GT in Pro apps). I know where to get the rom I just need the exact flashing instruction for ATI FLASH. Anyone know how to do it? Any tips?

    cheers

There's a fanless x2600XT available. Can't beat that for lack of noise.

edit: Just remove the heat sink on x1900XT, clean out the stock thermal paste sandwich and put a little of Arctic Cooling MX-2 instead. It runs a heck of a lot cooler.
