I have a VZW iphone 4. As of recent, I have been having an issue with the message alert tone. It seems to ring twice. Not the reminder if you don't check it, but if you get a message, it'll play half the sound and then play it again. I was wondering if apple would replace my phone or just reinstall my firmware and tell me it was fixed.
The reason I ask this is becasue there is a little scrach in the botton left of he screen. I was hoping to get a new screen, but if they will replace it, I could avoid that headache. Please let me know what you would do in my situation....
