Haven’t sold an Apple Watch in a while and wondered what y’all would say is a good place to sell a AW8 SS 41mm?

I’m hesitant about eBay because buyers have seemed extra flaky and sus of late.

Sorry if this is the wrong sub forum and thanks in advance!

I’ve one to get rid of too ever since I up graded to Ultra. Normally I go for the Apple trade in thing and put the voucher toward a new item even though I know financially it’s a loss but I can’t cope with the drama of selling privately eBay or whatever.
At this moment in time, my AW8 sits in a box doing nothing as it’s not yet listed on the trade in.

Define "good place". Best price? Easiest process? Greatest trade-in protection? It's a trade-off: price vs convenience and risk.

Apple is the easiest and safest but trade-in values tend to be low. There are other reputable sites that can give you a better price.

Look around, there should be plenty of 2nd hand trade shops which have a good reputation. I bought an Android phone from an Australian store and it's working like a charm.

^ PayPal seller’s protection is sort of rubbish, so I wouldn’t rely on that to make you feel comfortable selling to random strangers online. Does it work in the seller’s favor at times? Sure. But I’ve seen (and experienced) sellers getting the short end of the stick from PayPal far too often.

Personally I’d try to sell it in person to a local shop that resells electronics. Or trade in to Apple. You get less, but they’re surefire ways to not get scammed and be out an AW and your $$.
