Shouldn't be doing this but call me a good guy:

To hasten your shopping, better put your desired Apple Watch on 'Favourites' now. This should save you a few clicks and better your chances to be first in line! 🙂
 
when purchasing it at midnight ... do we click on favorites to purchase or other way around through the main page in the app?

I don't know what's gonna happen exactly but it seems like you'll be able to click and purchase from 'Favourites'.
 
It's a fun way for Apple to get a distribution of watch models before you can put them in the cart.

I bet they don't mass produce the bands, except for the rubber / flubber named thingy.

Those simply fall out of a big machine and a little Chinese boy attaches the metal pin to it.

No problem! You actually have to click your name in the Online Store then 'Favorites' is listed under there along with 'Order Status' and other things.
