So I was getting ready to order and i read the terms and conditions on the cashback:
Through Newegg‘s PayPal Back to School Promotion (the “Promotion”), new Newegg customers are eligible to receive $20.00 cash back on the purchase of certain products (“Eligible Products”) between July 21, 2009 and August 10, 2009, subject to the terms set forth on this page.

To claim $20.00 cash back, (1) you must place your order of one or more Eligible Products on the www.newegg.com website at any time beginning at 12:01 am (Pacific Time) on July 21, 2009 and ending at 11:59 pm (Pacific Time) on August 10, 2009 (or until the funds for this Promotion are depleted, whichever occurs first), (2) your order amount be $100.00 or more (not including tax and shipping), (3) your order must be your first order as a Newegg customer, and (4) you must use PayPal as your payment method. For purposes of this Promotion, your order is deemed placed at the moment you complete the checkout process.

If you place a qualifying order, you shall receive cash back in the form of a credit to your PayPal account by August 31, 2009.

Please note: Cash back for an Eligible Product is available only while supplies last or until the end of the Promotion period, whichever occurs first. You are limited to $20.00 cash back per PayPal account during the Promotion period, even if you place more than one order.

Orders excluded from this offer include, but are not limited to the following: Pre/back-ordered merchandise, PayPal PayLater transactions, PayPal Plug-In transactions (formerly named: Virtual Debit Card), gift certificate payments, gift card purchases, PayPal Debit Card payments, automatic and/or recurring payments that you have scheduled, and PayPal Plus Credit Card/ eBay MasterCard payments not made through your PayPal account.

If you receive a refund or credit of a qualifying order, you will not be eligible to receive cash back under this Promotion. If you request a refund or credit of a qualifying order after you have already received cash back under this Promotion, PayPal will deduct the cash back from your PayPal account.

The decisions of Newegg Inc. shall be binding and final with respect to all matters relating to this Promotion, including the determination of which orders are eligible to receive cash back.

Any purchase subject to this Promotion is also subject to all terms and conditions contained in Newegg’s standard Policy and Agreement, except to the extent of any express conflict between the terms of this Promotion and the Policy and Agreement.

What in the world are the bolded parts suppose to mean? Are my products "eligible?" If I pay with paypal and have it draw it out of my bank account, it seems to me like that doesn't count either. Has anyone done the cash back through paypal? It ends tonight!

for the monitor/tv you should consider the Samsung T240HD, which is a 24", 1920x1200 monitor that also has a built-in QAM tuner, which will allow you to tune into all the available clearQAM channels that may be available at your dorm/apartment. This resolution is much higher than most HDTV's out there, and can be readily used for document editing. There's also a 25.5" version (also 1920x1200 though), the T260HD.
