Adware pop up on my Mac while surfing safari

After loading a page on google suggested result a page pop up comes up with the heading “chillSearchxyz”. I have gone through my cache files, deleted some irrelevant still this redirect occurs...pls I need a fix for this affects my use of it

Do you have any extensions installed in Safari? If so, look there to make sure the hijack hasn't installed its own extension. if you see it, remove it, close Safari, and then reopen.

Sure I did look through that section and practically remove all checked item still this issue continues
