I'm suddenly getting tons of ads popping up everywhere. I'll be reading an article and it keeps bouncing around as new ads populate the page. How can I get rid of this? I tried the Malware Bytes scan and it found nothing.

Merely download and install. All else is automatic. In just two months it has reported blocking 56,000+ ads.

Using a good VPN can also help in this area. “Private Internet Access” and “NordVPN” both have adblocking, malware and phishing blocking as part of their service.

I installed Adblock and it seems to have helped. Would installing Adblockplus be redundant?

Good question. I'm going to try both as well and see. If one interferes with the other I will dump Adblock.
