AEBS + DLink router

Hi. I have both an AEBS and my old D-Link router. In the "computer room", I have the AEBS plugged into the cable modem doing a great job making the whole house wireless. However, in my room, I have a computer without a wireless card. Would it be possible to somehow use my D-Link as like a wireless extender/card that would pick up the AirPort signals wirelessly and transfer them through cat5 to the computer?
