Can anyone else verify that either 1 or all 3 are not compatible and it's whats causing me grief when I try to hook this USB HDD enclosure up to my AEBS.

1) Nexstar Enclosure

2)A Samsung 500gig & 750gig both in the same enclosure in JBOD mode.

The AEBS yellow LED just blinks and tells me to repair the disk. Or is it that the AEBS can't read HDD's formatted in Windows NTFS?!?!?

found this browsing through Apple Discussions;

With a Windows formatted/partitioned USB drive (2x1TB), I had similar errors and would cause issues with my AirPort Extreme.

Once I re-partition the drive as a Mac OS (journaled), I could now see the drive in the AirPort utility.

Good Luck!

looks like this user has the same JBOD system.

-or what about a powercycle?
-do the drives show up on your system when plugged directly into the computer?

not sure if this is any help
