I'm having a nightmare of a time trying to access RealPlayer live chat. I can see other things there fine like Live Feeds.

Real first insisted I didn't have Java but I do (Leopard) and I further downloaded the developer verison of 6.

They are telling me to OPEN port 21 and/or 6667 on my router. I go there, type 21 in all 4 fields and have the IP of the computer i'm on punched in in the field in the center. I then made another for 6667, I then tried 21, 6667 in the fields.

Still not working. Real responded thusly "I have looked at a few sites online about the airport and it appears you can enable Nat on the device. If you only have one PC, you can point the NAT to the single computer which should take care of all port forwarding."
I have zero idea what that means!

Am I opening ports properly here? Real doesn't tell me to configure anything in Real and that makes no sense to me either.

I just spent an hour on the phone with apple support who were unable to tell me how to open a port.

Am I correct that in the IP section, I'm to type the IP of my personal computer I'm on?
