They're allocating $2.5 million to improving affordable housing in the city, not nearly enough, but they're dumping $66 million into the public infrastructure as well...

In my book, removing Section Eight housing and only allowing those with jobs or a good portfolio to live within ten blocks of the campus is civic improvement.

Affordable housing is good. Free housing just promotes welfare bums.
 
Leave it 1/4 unfinished to fool the Rebel Alliance into thinking it's not operational, lure them into the trap and destroy them.

Grands to dimes it's gonna be called "Steve Jobs Memorial Campus" or something to that effect, with SJ's name attached to it (deservedly so, of course).
 
Wow I hadn't realized that people's homes are that close. That's gonna suck reallllly bad for them.

Are you kidding me? Who in the thousands of Apple employees wouldn't like to live within walking distance to work?

Demand = $$$ in Rent or sale value.

I just wish I'd have bought there - had a chance about 5 years ago, what would have been 2 blocks away from the spaceship. I'd have been able to rent out and roll in the cash now.
