MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)
Long story short: Charging cable punctured MacBook Pro Retina Screen last January. $500-600 later, I got it back and the SAME THING happened a month later. Took it back to Apple who told me it wasn't covered by their 90-Day Repair Warranty.
A year later, the screen is still busted but usable. 1/5 of the left side is covered vertically in lines/colors/black bars.
Are there any cheap solutions to this? I can't afford to replace the whole damn thing through Apple, and I've seen screens online which are still expensive.
Is there an affordable way to replace the screen, even if it is not with a Retina screen?
Thanks for your help! 🙂
