After 3.0 firmware my Sim Locked? Please help me!!!!

My iPhone 3G after 3.0 firmware Sim Locked. I dont understand I bought this 3G original Phone Company with 18 months contract. Why is that happend? Please help me? Can I downgrade?
 
By the way I forget I never try any jailbreak or something like that. I bought 3G 2 days ago.
 
Ok. I called Turkcell and problem solved.
Solution: You must USB plug connect 2 times with iPhone. So easy progress..
