After 3.0 install, broken iphone

So I put 3.0 on my phone this afternoon and then i tried to revert back to 2.2.1 and now my phone is broken, it says connect to itunes and it asks me to restore, I click restore and after ten minues it comes up with the eroor code 1604...

Ive googled this and tried everything I can think of, any ideas?

All you had to do was read the important documentation like an actual developer would. There is a reason why in dev center, 3.0 is hidden, when you click, massive intrusive warnings pop up telling you to READ the PRE-Install Advisory.

I don't understand why you'd be mad at other users for shrugging at you. This is not for dorks who need copy and paste today,.
