After a way to create simple Flash/GIf animations...

Hi All...
I'm just wondering if you know of a simple way to create simple animated banner ads using your own graphics (either illustrator eps files or gifs etc) - just simple fades from one image to another at a specified size.

I've checked out a few online resources but the ones i've seen just have daggy templates.

I'd like to achieve this without having to learn Flash - is there any simple software downloads for MAC OSX or any online resources?

You input will be appreciated...

You can make them with Photoshop or Gimp, amongst other application specific solutions. Just use Google and you'll find them and tutorials.
