After EC upgrade, no outgoing mail server iCloud account

After upgrading my 2011 iMac from Yosemite to El Capitan, I cannot send email in Apple Mail. The iCloud account shows "none" for "outgoing mail server (SMTP)" and iCloud is not one of the dropdown options. Can anyone suggest a fix? Thanks.

UPDATE: Fixed. I rebooted again. This time iCloud showed up as an option in the dropdown list for Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) in Mail/Preferences/Accounts.
