My work phone is a Note 3 so a 6+ is a no brainier. I do have coworkers that prefer the 6. Glad there is a choice. To me OIS and Screen make the decision even easier.

First post so cut me slack, lol.
I'm in the same boat w OP; hadn't preordered, was just driving around checking a couple places. Went to my second carrier store (att), walked right in and got one. While waiting for my associate to get me, played w the demos. Now, I'm a big guy, 6'5", 200 lb but FOR ME, the plus was too big. I one hand a lot, and it felt uncomfortable going to the opposite corner. Reachability worked but I didn't love it.

I will say tho that the screen is gorgeous and the plus IS seductive - I did give it some thought.

Props to att also, was surprised how well they were set up, no line by 10am, parking to driving away in well under an hour.

To me OIS was going to make the decision hard, but after seeing the comparison night/dim lit photos between the 6 and the 6 Plus from that disneyland review, and actually going to the Apple store and trying the phones out, the picture quality is indistinguishable unless you happened to pay extra extra close attention, that's sometimes just not really there.

Screen was also an even harder one, but when I actually tried to put one in hand, depending on how I grabbed it, I had to slide my hand upward or use a second hand to really get to the button in the top left corner of the screen (i.e. back) which made it a little awkward to use with one hand unless I happened to grip from the center of the screen... the grip changing to hit other buttons either required another hand or just "slipping the phone" upwards or downwards to hit where I needed to hit.

After that it became an easy decision.:)

Not sure why everyone doesn't feel this way. Around here, it is a giant pissing contest with the people who prefer the 6+. It makes no sense.

Try and be objective about your finger pointing. It was a 6 owner who created this thread and went on to pretend the phone doesn't fit in his pocket by asking how anyone can carry it, as if this is the first 5+ inch phone ever created.

This may sway you...

The NFC chip is not available to developers. This means that only Apple Pay will be able to utilize the NFC chip.

We were saying the same thing about TouchID before iOS8. Just saying. :)

I have both phone being shipped to me, but after visiting apple store and holding the 6+, I'm not so sure I want it. I genuinely asking how people will carry it.
My iPad mini goes in the backpack, but this is a phone. I was curious, that is all...

I agree, and I too believe that the NFC chip eventually will become available to developers to tap into.

The keyword here is "eventually".

If a requirement is the ability to have other apps utilize the NFC chip, then to be honest, with Apple's track record, now is not the time to buy the iPhone 6. Wait till the 6S where I'd imagine the NFC chip becoming available (iOS9)
