After install Snow Leopard upper right menu stocks

After install Snow Leopard upper right menu bar is locked (clock, airport, spotlight etc.) in half an hour.
When I synchronizes iTunes 9 with iPhone, iTunes locks.

I have reinstall SL, iTunes 9, and updated SL.

What can I do?
