After iTunes Match Update, Can't Turn on iTunes Match

After upgrading iTunes on Tuesday, today I have discovered that iTunes Match is turned off. I tried turning it on but now iTunes tells me to turn off Genius from the STORE menu and then turn it back on because it does not recognize my iTunes library.

Problem is is that there is no longer a store menu. How can I do what iTunes is telling me so I can continue using iTunes Match?

I tried restoring just the old iTunes but Time Machine wouldn't let me. I ended up just restoring my entire computer to before the iTunes update. Through with that mess. I don't need Apple Music. I do want iTunes Match.
