I have a MacBook Pro from the generation right before the new unibody ones. It has OS X Snow Leopard (latest version) and Windows XP installed (using boot camp).

Recently it had a logic board failure. Apple fixed it for free. I've received it, and everything is just as it was before except now Windows doesn't recognize any keyboard or mouse input. The trackpad and built-in keyboard do not work, nor do any input devices plugged in through USB ports.

Any ideas on how I should proceed to fix this problem?

That's strange... Perhaps try deleting your windows partition and reinstalling windows. If no USB ports work that seems to be your best option.
