After recovery "mouse settings" doesn't look the same

Hi guys,

I just got replaced my harddrive (Apple iMac Seagate HDD program). So afterwards I went home and started to recover my computer from Time Machine.

After 3 hours it was ready. But there is something wrong.
My mouse cannot scroll anymore.. I have the Magic Mouse.
And the settings for mouse doesn't look like before.

How can I fix this??? 🙁

do you have any other mice plugged into your mac? Or any wireless mouse drivers installed?

These may be overriding the Magic Mouse drivers.
