After SSH, what folder do I put IPA's into?

Basically, found an IPA that I wasn't able to locate using Cydia or Installous.

Have the IPA on my computer but not sure where to put it on my iPhone so that Installous will see it.

Videos explaining how seem to be out of date as there is no /mobile/library/downloads folder that I can see.

Lol, what can I say?

I already own the PS2 version of this IPA in question and would like to have it be portable (ie. play it on my iPhone).

Reviews say it's a horrible port as it is but still an old school game I'd like to play.

If it pisses people off that much how do I get this thread deleted? lol
