Aftermarket Lugs for 38/40mm watch?

I'm looking to replace some of the lugs on my watch bands.

Can some recommend safe lugs, that are not the spring loaded ones, but the ones with screws? Or a way to ensure that they won't break/come off?

I would rather go off recommendations than shady amazon reviews of Chinese based products.
